General help related to the family of Adventure Travel Buddy mobile apps. This page covers all use cases and apps.
Posting Details
- You can only create 5 posts & have 5 friends. So you will need to delete some posts & un-friend people to stay below those limits.
- Paid/Verified users can create up to10 posts & have 25 friends.
- You can manage your Posts & Friends in the Forum or the ‘More’ (3 dots) – ‘Friends & Chat’ window.
- Posts will also expire automatically after 30 days.
- Report bad characters by tapping the post and then the cross-bones button.
- Posting Rules: No personal information in the posts (phone numbers, email) except in the Porters & Guides forum posts.
- The Guides & Porters forum is for PRIVATE guides & porters (NOT agencies).
- Use the Friend and Chat features to make contact with potential trekking buddies.
- The Buddy feature is not intended for dating!
- Spamming is strictly prohibited.
- Violations of Forum Rules will result in the user account being closed and the user restricted (black-listed) from future access.
- Trek safe. Find a buddy.
- You can only endorse (thumbs up) or trash (thumbs down) a post once per day.
Friends Usage
Tap on a post to Friend, Unfriend or Chat with the user.
Tap on your own posts to delete them.
